LYC MASTER DEED
LYC BOAT RAMP & TRAILER STORAGE AGREEMENT
Please completely fill out this form and mail or email to Encore Marine – scott.wofford@yahoo.com – along with your ramp fee to Encore Marine to receive your key to the ramp lock and assigned a location to park the trailer. This will be your assigned location for the season and the responsibility of the assigned person to secure their trailer. This form is good for 1 year. As a general warning – if you park your trailer behind the clubhouse without paying for a location it will be removed from the parking area by Inland Marine! Please contact Scott Wofford at Encore Marine for trailer storage availability, BEFORE completeing the Ramp and Storage Agreement for availability @ scott.wofford@yahoo.com or (812) 924-7292. Please be sure to do this as trailer storage may NOT be available!
